A Raposa
Set in a centuries-old house in the classic Sintra style, the dining room is grand, refined, and romantic. Lunch and dinner feature a menu where fusion cuisine has its place: foie gras, for instance, is served with toasted bread and marmalade jelly.
Tue-Sat 12:30 PM–4:00 PM, 6:30 PM–10:00 PM. Sun 12:30 PM–4:00 PM

Verde Minho
It’s a true Portuguese tasca. The seating is tight, and tables are often shared with strangers. At first glance, the service might not seem the friendliest, but that’s just because Mr. Horácio is focused on keeping things moving so no one is left waiting. The portions are generous, the food doesn’t disappoint, and the prices are a rare find these days.
Mon-Sat 12:00 PM–2:30 PM, 6:30 PM–10:30 PM.

Trickys
With music setting the mood, as international as the menu, Tricky’s manages to surprise with every visit. The dishes are packed with flavor. João Magalhães Correia works with Portuguese ingredients, blending them with Italian and Asian influences. The low-intervention wines are a perfect match.
Tue-Sat 7:00 PM–12:00 AM.

Teimar
Teimar draws inspiration from classic breweries but presents itself in a more cosmopolitan and sophisticated way. Featuring an interior terrace, the restaurant is charming, with white tones accented by splashes of color. The menu is designed for sharing, from Bulhão Pato clams to the must-try creamy carabineiro rice.
Mon-Sun 12:30 PM–4:00 PM, 7:00 PM–11:30 PM.

Solar dos Presuntos
If you're a familiar face, chances are you'll end up recorded on one of the restaurant's walls, divided into several cozy rooms. Renowned for its authentic Portuguese cuisine, Solar dos Presuntos perfectly blends tradition and modernity.
Mon-Sat 12:00 PM–3:30 PM, 6:30 PM–11:00 PM.

Sala de João Sá
One of the most exciting restaurants was also one of the big winners at this year’s Michelin Guide gala. Small and vibrant, it’s an oasis in downtown Lisbon. The culinary journey begins in Lisbon and extends to other latitudes, from India to Africa, delivering bold flavors.
Tue-Thu 6:30 PM–9:30 PM. Fri-Sat 12:30 PM–2:00 PM, 6:30 PM–9:30 PM.

Sala de Corte
With over 100 seats spread across the dining room, counter, and interior terrace, this restaurant is renowned for its dry-aged beef, making it one of the best steakhouses in the world, according to the World's Best Steak Restaurants. Offering various cuts from different origins, the meats are grilled to perfection.
Mon-Thu 12:00 PM–4:00 PM, 7:00 PM–12:00 AM. Fri 12:00 PM–4:00 PM, 7:00 PM–1:00 AM. Sat 12:00 PM–1:00 AM. Sun 12:00 PM–12:00 AM.

Ramiro
Lisbon wouldn't be the same without Ramiro, a historic beer house known for its always fresh seafood and fast, friendly service. Anthony Bourdain, who visited the establishment, summed it up like this: “Ramiro is one of those places locals love, have always loved, and always will. It’s a favorite among chefs, offering the kind of simple meals chefs tired of sauces and garnishes crave.”
Tue-Sun 12:00 PM–12:00 AM.

Prado
