One ingredient, dozens of possibilities. That’s the essence of Casa do Polvo, where every dish revolves around octopus—it’s the specialty of Santa Luzia, after all. There are over ten different octopus dishes, not counting starters—the octopus fritters are fantastic. The hardest part may be choosing, but rest assured, everything is excellent.

Finding this restaurant might be a challenge for newcomers, but like a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, Os Fialhos sits at the end of the path, right by the Ria Formosa.
