Kampo
Júlio Pereira is dynamic and has contributed greatly to Madeira’s gastronomic culture in recent years. He opened Kampo, where he began exploring the richness of regional ingredients in a menu focused mainly on meats. This was followed by Akua, focusing on fish, and more recently the vegetarian Kouve.
