In Montemor-o-Novo, he has a more relaxed restaurant and a more exclusive, gastronomic one. There, he offers two tasting menus: the shorter one focuses on the Alentejo, while the longer one explores the culinary heritage of maritime voyages. A Michelin star is likely on the way.
